This game is mario 63, a 2D platformer with caracteristics of mario's 3D platformers up to galaxy. the gameplay is very fun and it has its own lore which is pretty interesting. I found multiple versions of this flash game but I uploaded the one with luigi as a playable caracter, sorry if this is not the version you are familiar with :/ (the details are minor as far as I know tho)
